Security Refund of Pass Out Students (Session 2024-25)

This information is for all the final year students of Session 2024-25, that they need to submit an application on desired performa (available in Registrar Office) for refund of their securities (Academic/Hostel). The form will only accept after completion of the End Semester University Examinations till 31^st August 2025, along with the following enclosures:-

·        Institute Identity Card (If lost, Submit copy of FIR against the same)

·        Cancel Cheque (Showing student’s account number, name & IFSC Code in which the securities will be transferred),

·        Alumni Form (available in the Registrar Office).

Note:-

• Students are advised to submit their No-Dues Form before 31^st August, 2025 failing which their security will not be processed and transferred to the Alumni Association fund.
