Students of ABESIT College of Pharmacy attended Pharmacovigilance Week Organized by IPC
The students enthusiastically participated in the Pharmacovigilance Week organized by the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) on 17th September 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
The program highlighted the importance of drug safety, adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting, and the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI) in ensuring patient well-being. Eminent experts delivered sessions on the role of pharmacists in strengthening pharmacovigilance practices, followed by interactive discussions and awareness activities.
This visit provided the students with valuable exposure to the latest developments in pharmacovigilance, motivating them to actively contribute towards patient safety and responsible pharmacy practice in the future.
