Guidelines for Hostel –
1. Hostel security fees (refundable) will be Rs.5000/-(for each student).
2. Hostel registration fee will be Rs. 2500/- (for each student).
3. AC will be on Hydel Supply only and it will be made available before and after college hours (i.e. 9AM-5PM).
4. Students residing in hostel rooms will ensure that door and windows of the room should not be found open under any circumstances when AC is working.
5. It is being further brought to knowledge of students that electric supply for AC will be off from 6AM-10AM in the morning on all non working days also.
6. Following will be the months which have been identified in which current supply for AC will be provided

a) April
b) May
c) June (only if Semester is working)
d) August
e) September
f) October(till 15th)
7. Keeping Hygiene in mind, Cooler is not available in any circumstances.
8. Use of Electric Kettle is permitted but use of Room Heater/Hot Plates is strictly prohibited and not allowed in view of Fire and Safety Reasons.
9. Only Vegetarian food will be available in mess.
10. The payment of Hostel fee would be annual for all and is to be paid in full. Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred to any other fee or transferred to the name of any other person under any circumstances.

1. Bank Draft in favour of “ABESIT College of Pharmacy” payable at Ghaziabad or Delhi. (Detailed information like name, admission no. and mobile no. of the student to be written on the back side of the draft.)
